Successful Sporting Events is proud to partner with Big Show Productions and the Road to the Show Tournament to bring you your official housing options. This is a “stay to enjoy event” so we encourage you to use one of these options as they support the tournament. We also encourage you to book as soon as possible. 

Click on your appropriate city to view options. Oklahoma City (OKC) consists of Midwest City, Del City, Edmond and Choctaw. Do not go off the distance listed. That is routed to Midwest City. All hotels have an address listed where you can route to your respective field.

How to Book

1. Select Days and the hotel of your choice
2. Click “Book or Hold”
3. Click “Team Hold”
4. Fill out the form to be supplied a booking link for your team to book. Forward this email to your team for everyone to make their individual reservations. Each team has 7 days to make their reservations. At the deadline, any unused rooms will go back to the general inventory without penalty. 
5. If booking not as a team, “individual” can be clicked instead of “team hold” to book a single room.
6. Blocks are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you need rooms outside of those dates please contact SSE.

All rooms require a non-refundable deposit when booking.
